What is Neighborhood Professional?
Neighborhood Professional is a real estate marketing tool that enable realtors to maximize their exposure in their farm areas by providing them with a high profile presence on HOA and Neighborhood Association websites.

What do you mean by "high profile presence"?
Your picture and a link to your website are featured in a prominent area on the home page of the Neighborhood and HOA websites of your choice. See some examples on our See it in action! page.

How many realtors are allowed per Neighborhood website?
Only one realtor is allowed on any the HOA/Neighborhood websites.

How do you put me on these Neighborhood websites?
Through a partnership agreement with Neighborhood Link™, Neighborhood Professional has been granted the exclusive rights to provide realtors with a presence on these websites. Neighborhood Link™ is a network of over 38,000 HOA and Neighborhood websites in over 50 markets around the U.S. and retains all the advertising rights on these websites.

I don't have a lot of time; can I set this up to run on "autopilot"?
No problem, if you do nothing at all, your exclusive presence with picture and links will increase your market exposure and help brand you as the neighborhood real estate expert. You will be driving traffic to your website and your name will now be associated with online real estate searches in your farm areas.

What do mean by "associated with online real estate searches"?
You probably have already read that more than 70% of home buyers begin their search on the internet. When a home buyer is searching for a home, typically they will search using the phrase "Neighborhood Name + Real Estate". We help insure that buyers and sellers find you when doing an Internet search. For example, when someone searches for: Country Club Historic Real Estate your name and a link to the Neighborhood website will be displayed on the search results page. There are many companies that charge much more than $15.00 per month just to provide you with this kind of search engine optimization.

How long have Neighborhood Professional, LLC and Neighborhood Link™, Inc. been in business?
Neighborhood Professional has been in business since 2001 and Neighborhood Link™ has been in business since 1997.

What is the difference between you and other real estate marketing companies?
We are the only company associated with a real nationwide community network made up of HOA and Neighborhood Associations. Neighborhood Professional was created by four prominent Denver realtors who saw Neighborhood Link™ as the natural solution to their needs: how can we attract more buyers and sellers from our farm areas? And, how can we drive traffic to our websites in a cost effective manner?

All of the other products that we know of are just websites that allow realtors to add local information. They are not really used by the community. Neighborhood Link's websites are used because the HOAs and Neighborhood Associations take ownership and control all the content except the advertising. They are not owned by the realtor. Compare us with anyone else, and we think you will find that the Neighborhood Professional solution is more effective and less expensive.

What is the cost?
The monthly cost is $15.00 for the 1st neighborhood and $10.00 for each neighborhood thereafter. If you wish to purchase more than ten neighborhoods, please give us a call at (888) 241-0123 x104 for volume discount pricing.

Are there any setup fees?
Absolutely not! There are no hidden fees or costs.

Is there a contract or minimum commitment?
